PROJECT CONCEPT
The Commercial Market project was envisioned as a dynamic, urban retail and commercial hub, designed to accommodate multiple storefronts, flexible interior layouts, and high user circulation. The architecture reflects clean, functional modernism, with an emphasis on natural lighting, structural clarity, and accessibility.
The site layout optimizes movement and visibility, creating a walkable environment that supports both foot traffic and tenant success. Materials were selected for durability, minimal upkeep, and visual neutrality, allowing individual storefronts to brand themselves while remaining cohesive within the overall framework.
